What To Cook For Father’s Day: A Few Delicious Ideas

You already know I’m making a super delicious granola for my dad for Father’s Day,  but that’s his gift, not our Father’s Day meal!  He’ll likely have the granola for a late-night snack!

For dinner, I’m thinking we’ll have Mediterranean Marinated Flank Steak with salad and these oh-so-tasty Smoky Chipotle Parmesan French Fries!  Yummy and yummy!  For dessert, we’ll have the same incredible Espresso Ice-Cream Pie that I made for my dad’s birthday dinner last month.  (He doesn’t get tired of it.)

For my other favorite dad in the world, the boys and I are getting up early and making him Breakfast Nachos. (Well I’m getting up early, my boys are always up at the crack of dawn anyway!)  Nachos are my husband’s absolute favorite thing to eat.  I know, I know — he’s fancy!

My Breakfast Nacho recipe is here!

I am also excited to share a few recipes from some of my new, fabulous, foodie friends.  Each of these would be a great addition to a Father’s Day dinner or BBQ!

So there you have it. From breakfast to a late-night snack — a handful of fantastic recipes you can make for Father’s Day!

My girls saw the picture of your nachos, and immediately wanted me to make them! My husband is as fancy as yours, nachos being one of his favorite meals.
Your dinner sounds amazing, especially espresso pie! I am still waiting to find out what my husband wants tomorrow, but kids have some ideas if he stalls too long:)
    Thanks for the mention!
    Have a great weekend!
