You know by now that chipotles are one of my favorite ingredients, and I love developing recipes with them. I adore the sweet, smoky, spicy blend of flavors! This frittata captures all of them — and it’s a meal! Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner — it is divine any time of the day.
