Maybe we should just break down and call February 14th Chocolate Day — don’t you think!?
Let’s be real, are we celebrating love or chocolate?
These are some of my favorite, beautiful chocolate treats I’ve created since my Valentine’s Day Chocolate 2012 post. They’re pictured above and the recipes are linked to their titles below — so click your way to an incredibly delicious, chocolaty Valentine’s Day!
1. Biscoff Truffles — If there’s one thing I like to eat out of the jar as much as Nutella, it’s Biscoff!
2. Peanut Butter Chocolate Decadence {Gluten-Free} — And when I say “decadence,” I mean rich, divine and unbelievable!
3. Blackout Nutella Cake — You really could blackout with this one — it’s insane! (In a really, really good way!)
4. Spicy Mayan Hot Chocolate {Gluten-Free} — Who couldn’t use a little spice and heat with their chocolate on Valentine’s Day?
5. Double Chocolate Chip Meringues {Gluten-Free} — These are light, sweet and oh-so-chocolaty!
6. No Bake Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake — Creamy, delicious, and perfect for a group of friends to share.
7. Chocolate-Chocolate Gelato {Gluten-Free} — Ever since my husband gave me an ice cream maker during his proposal (really) — making ice cream and gelato seems so romantic.
8. Lemon Pepper Chocolate Truffles {Gluten-Free} — This is a really delicious flavor combination!
9. Flourless Chocolate Espresso Caramel Brownies {Gluten-Free} – OMG! (That’s pretty much all I have to say about these.)
10. Chocolate Bread — Is there any other way to start Valentine’s Day? Or any day? (I suggest it with your favorite cup of coffee.)
