If you’ve been hanging out on Cooking On The Weekends for a while, you probably know that I am a regular recipe contributor for the food section at Momtastic. I’ve been writing for them for about seven years! Since they’re a parenting site, the recipes are typically quick, easy, and kid-friendly — and like everything here on Cooing On The Weekends, my ultimate goal is that they be super delicious!
This is one I just had to share with you here. My family has been eating these “chips” like they are going out of style!
I’ve made them three times since I first wrote the recipe, which was only about a week ago!
They’re lovely with the Lemon Yogurt Dipping Sauce I made to go with them, which has a slight kick to it — though my 10-year-old son would tell you to use Ranch dressing, and my 13-year-old might tell you to use ketchup (GASP!).
I don’t dip them in anything because the crust is heavenly, flavored with garlic, paprika and thyme.
You’ll find the recipe here on Momtastic.
