When people ask me what I share on this blog, I usually respond with:
I celebrate cooking and the beauty of food.
It’s where I cook creative and comforting food for casual entertaining.
It’s where we add “coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper” — not “salt and pepper.” (Please, don’t interpret that as snobby!!)
And finally, it’s often about spending time in the kitchen — with luxuriously, long, aromatic cooking times and fun and intricate ingredient preparations.
And while it happens from time to time, I don’t typically serve up “quick and easy” recipes. Though I will say, the “easy” happens much more frequently than the “quick.”
As it turns out, I’m not Wonder Woman (go figure!), so of course I also sometimes appreciate quick and easy meals. And I’m fortunate to have a wonderful outlet to share those recipes I create, too. I write and photograph a couple of recipes a month for Momtastic. For them, I put on my Mommy hat and create quick, easy, and kid-friendly food.
And guess what? Honey with tofu is a huge kid favorite!
And here are a few more one pan meals with tofu:
And a couple more highlighting honey with tofu:
This recipe for Honey Glazed Tofu and Broccoli is one of my favorites on Momtastic. Get the recipe here! I bet this kid-friendly, super healthy dinner will become one of your favorite one pan meals with tofu, too. 🙂
