Chocolate Avocado Cake
It just happens to be one of my favorite gluten-free creations of all time. This Chocolate Avocado Cake is gluten-free, rich and creamy and hey guess what!? I threw in a few nutrients!
Serving a Gluten-Free Chocolate Avocado Cake
- It’s a treat for breakfast, and you can totally get away with it being cake. It’s packed with nutrients, after all! 😉
- And of course it’s a fabulous dessert anytime — after dinner, after lunch, for an afternoon pick-me-up.
Whether you choose to have this with your morning coffee, or as an after dinner treat, one thing is for sure, you’ll absolutely love it!

- avocado, of course!
- chocolate, of course!
- gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt
- cocoa powder
- grapeseed oil
- non-fat milk
- non-fat plain yogurt
- semisweet chocolate
