Guess what I did? I took the October Unprocessed pledge! Yes, it’s true! My friend Andrew Wilder, founder of Eating Rules, has been hosting this event for the past few years. I was thrilled when he asked me if I’d like to create a recipe for this year’s October Unprocessed event!
Here’s my guest post on Eating Rules with the recipe for this super delicious, super healthy pesto. This recipe is reminiscent of my Spinach Kale Pesto, but with a different spin on the flavors.
While I generally believe that moderation is healthy and reasonable, I must say, it feels great to be doing this! And it’s not too late to join and take the pledge — October 5th is as good a day to start as any. Sign up here!
