Every year I love cooking for Father’s Day. Sure there might be a couple gifts in boxes also, but a homemade gift if the best. Especially when it’s edible!
You already know I’m making a super delicious granola for my dad for Father’s Day, but that’s his gift, not our Father’s Day meal!
He’ll likely have the granola for a late-night snack or a fun dessert.
What to Cook for Father’s Day
(Well I’m getting up early, my boys are always up at the crack of dawn anyway!)
Nachos are my husband’s absolute favorite thing to eat. I know, I know — he’s fancy!
I am also excited to share a few recipes from some of my new, fabulous, foodie friends. Each of these would be a great addition to a Father’s Day dinner or BBQ!
- Quyen of Kitchen Runway makes a beautiful Peach & Arugula Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette.
- Blue Kitchen has an amazing-looking Asian Turkey Burger With Sriracha Mayonnaise.
- The lovely Lana of Bibberche has whipped up some corn fritters that she calls Hush Puppies . . . which look beyond scrumptious!
- And Amee of Rabbit Food Rocks has a recipe for a Loaded Protein Baked Potato! Oh my! Yum!
So there you have it, from breakfast to a late-night snack — a handful of fantastic recipes you can make for Father’s Day, or any day!
There is definitely something here for your dad — breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, spicy, sweet, and so on.
