Pomegranate Berry Popsicles

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 14 popsicle sticks
  • 1 standard old school ice-cube tray


  1. Mix the two juices together and set aside.
  2. Make the popsicles in a standard ice-cube tray. Evenly divide the berries and juice mixture into each little compartment in the tray. Then, using the berries for support, place a popsicle stick in the center of each one.Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours. They should be completely solid before you try to remove them.
