Every year as we head into summer, avocado recipes surge in popularity. Here are ten of my favorite creative, healthy and supremely delicious ways to work avocados into your meals.

A perfectly ripe avocado, a sprinkle of coarse salt, a light drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and a spoon makes me so happy. It's delectable!
